כללי
אפליקציית ביטחון ניצני עוז משמשת את חברי הקהילה והמשתמשים המורשים לניהול משימות כוננות, צפייה בדשבורד וקבלת עדכונים והתראות. מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף, כיצד נעשה בו שימוש וכיצד ניתן ליצור איתנו קשר בנושא פרטיות.
המידע שאנו אוספים
- פרטי חשבון: שם מלא, כתובת דוא"ל, מזהה משתמש, תפקיד והרשאת גישה.
- מידע תפעולי: רישום למשימות, סטטוס משימה, תאריכי פעילות, ניקוד או נתוני השתתפות במידת הצורך.
- מידע התראות: אסימון Push של המכשיר, סוג פלטפורמה ומזהה אפליקציה לצורך שליחת התראות.
- מידע טכני בסיסי שנוצר על ידי שירותי Firebase, כגון נתוני אימות, אבטחה ותפעול השירות.
כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע
- כדי ליצור, לאמת ולאשר חשבונות משתמשים.
- כדי להציג ולנהל משימות כוננות, הרשמות וסטטוסים.
- כדי לשלוח התראות ועדכונים הקשורים לפעילות הביטחון והכוננות.
- כדי לשמור על אבטחת המערכת, למנוע שימוש לא מורשה ולפתור תקלות.
שיתוף מידע
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. המידע עשוי להישמר ולעובד באמצעות שירותי Google Firebase המשמשים לאימות משתמשים, אחסון נתונים ושליחת התראות. מידע עשוי להיות נגיש למנהלי המערכת המורשים של ניצני עוז לצורך ניהול הפעילות.
שמירת מידע
אנו שומרים מידע כל עוד הוא נדרש לניהול החשבון, הפעילות וההתראות, או כל עוד קיימת חובה תפעולית או חוקית לשמור אותו. ניתן לבקש מחיקה או תיקון של מידע אישי באמצעות פרטי הקשר שלמטה.
הרשאות והתראות
האפליקציה עשויה לבקש הרשאה לשליחת התראות Push. ניתן לשנות או לבטל הרשאה זו בכל עת דרך הגדרות המכשיר. ביטול ההתראות עשוי למנוע קבלת עדכונים חשובים בזמן אמת.
אבטחה
אנו משתמשים בשירותי אימות והרשאות כדי להגביל גישה למשתמשים מורשים בלבד. עם זאת, אין מערכת מקוונת המבטיחה אבטחה מוחלטת.
פרטיות ילדים
האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים ואינה מיועדת לאיסוף מידע מילדים ביודעין.

The Nitzanei Oz Bitahon app is used by authorized community members to access the security dashboard, manage preparedness assignments, and receive operational updates. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

Permissions and Notifications
